COMMERCIAL

Our commercial solar systems typically have a financial payback of 5 to 7 years. The expected lifespan of the system is 30+ years. The solar panels have a factory performance warranty of 25-30 years and are built for maximum production and long-term reliability. Our commercial customers can benefit from a 30-40% federal tax credit, potential tax deductions through depreciation, and our competitive solar product pricing.

WHY Go Solar?

  • Reduce your Electric Bill
  • Increase Property Value
  • Solar Inverter Manufactured Warranty
  • 25-30 Year Solar Panel Production Warranty
  • Clean and Simple Method of Producing Electricity
  • Little to No Maintenance and Long Lasting Value
  • No Batteries Needed for Grid-tie Systems
  • Reduce CO2 Emissions - Did you know, A 10kW solar system can prevent over 12 tons of carbon dioxide from being emitted into the atmosphere every year. That would be over 360 tons over the life of the system.

Design & Install

  • We will carefully evaluate your energy usage and property site to provide a custom designed solar array system that will maximize your solar energy production.
  • Based on the best available property space for solar production, solar arrays can be mounted in the ground or on several types of roof structures by our highly qualified technicians.

LONG LASTING VALUE

We provide high-quality solar photovoltaic (PV) panels manufactured by the top names in the industry. We have partnered with some of the largest companies in the industry to provide our customers with the best proven technology for their systems. Aside from looking cleaner, they are more efficient, are built with higher-quality materials, and are designed and constructed for 30+ years. Your return on investment will be higher, and life long solar production will be greater.

All of our solar PV products come with comprehensive warranties, ensuring peace of mind for years to come. Our panels are designed to last for 30 years with little to no service calls! However, should your system require servicing, our dedicated team is ready to address any needs that may arise. Having a qualified service team that knows your custom build inside and out is highly valuable.

How it Works

Grid-Tied Connection

Connecting the solar array system directly to the customer's utility is the the most common method of utilizing the electricity provided by solar.

When Solar Energy Is Not Enough

When the solar energy being produced is less than the energy being used, the grid-tie system allows the power from the utility to make up the difference in the power consumption needs.

Excess Solar Energy Production

A Grid-Tied system allows for any extra solar energy left over from customer usage to be returned back to the utility company or stored in a solar battery system. The returned solar energy to the grid can be compensated to the customer in the form of a bill credit, based on individual utility company’s policies.

How Is Solar Energy Made?

Solar Photovoltaic (PV) is the direct generation of electricity utilizing the power of the sun. This process is done by combining solar cells to form solar modules (panels). The panels are wired together to form an array which sends DC power to an inverter which makes clean AC power for usage on the main electrical system. This solar generated AC power can be applied to a grid-tied, off-grid battery, or hybrid (batteries used in conjunction with grid-tied) systems.

Financial Incentives

See what financial incentives your business can qualify for and the details to get started!

FEDERAL TAX CREDIT

30%
There is a 30% Federal Tax Credit reimbursement available for commercial solar installation. Non-profit customers in disadvantaged areas may be eligible for additional tax savings.

PRIVATE GRANTS

Varies
Potential grants are also being provided by state-based private organizations for solar energy installations. Click below to find out more from the DSIRE website. Customers installing solar energy systems, can search by state, for private state and federal incentives.

USDA GRANTS

Rural Locations Only
Varies
Only in rural locations with populations below 50,000, the USDA’s Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) offers grants for qualifying solar installations. REAP grants can cover 25% of the total cost, capped at $1,000,000, of the solar installation. For solar installations not eligible for the REAP grant, a USDA loan guarantee may be a beneficial option.

DEPRECIATION OF SOLAR PV

1 Year
Businesses can utilize U.S. tax codes to allow tax deductions towards their installed solar power systems. Businesses should research different depreciation value methods, to pay off installed solar power systems in less time. Recent legislative changes have made Section 179 available for solar bonus depreciation in 1 year.
